What methods of payment are accepted?
GFC Financial provides several convenient methods for paying your bill:
Online Payments
- Checking or Savings Account (Processing Fee: $5.00): You may pay through MyGFCAccount using your Checking/Savings account. If you wish to make a payment, please click here.
- Debit or ATM (Processing Fee: $5.00): You may pay through MyGFCAccount using your Debit and ATM Card. If you wish to make a payment, please click here.
- Personal Check (Free of Charge) or Money Order: You may mail a check to our office at 4075 Wilson Blvd 8th Floor, Arlington, VA 22203. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery and processing of your payment by mail. If we do not receive your payment before its due date, you will be charged a Late Fee.
Walk-In
- In-Branch Deposit (Free of Charge): You may walk in to any Wells Fargo branch to make a payment. Please visit www.wellsfargo.com/locator to obtain the nearest location. You will need the following information:

Is there a grace period for late payments?
When will I receive my monthly statement?
GFC Financial sends all customers a monthly billing statement to the email address we have on file approximately two weeks prior to their scheduled due date. If you experience problems or have questions about your billing statement, please call us at (866) 432-1402 or email us at info@gfc-financial.com.
If you do not receive your billing statement you can still make a payment. Please visit our payment options to review the different payment services available to you. If you choose to send your payments by mail please always write your name and your GFC Financial account number on your check or money order, and allow up to 2 weeks for mailing time to ensure that your payment is received on or before your due date. Do not mail cash.
How do I get a payoff amount for my loan?
Please call us at (866) 432-1402 to speak with one of our representatives and request a payoff notice.
What should I do if my vehicle has been repossessed?
If your vehicle has been repossessed, please contact us at (866) 432-1402.
What should I do if my vehicle was involved in an accident?
If your vehicle was involved in an accident, you will need to contact your insurance company and us right after. Please provide us with the name and phone number of the insurance company, the claim number, the adjuster’s name and the date of the accident. You should include a copy of any police or incident reports if applicable.
